About Donna's Dragonflies
Donna’s Dragonflies is a non-profit organization created in the memory of Donnamae Robinson Marsh. Donna, an educator for Broward County Schools in Florida for over 20 years, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in November of 2015. She received her bone marrow transplant on March 22, 2017 and spent two years in remission dedicating her time to supporting other blood cancers, and hosting an annual Family Fun Day for her supporters.

Although her transplant was a success, Donna passed away on April 1, 2019 from congestive heart failure. It was her mission to spread the word about bone marrow transplants, becoming a donor, and how to support blood cancer patients. This organization was created not only to bring awareness to the community about Leukemia, but to help the youth along their journey.
